Returns, Exchanges, Cancel, or Change orders

30-day return policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on every item, no questions asked.

General info regarding returns and exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are allowed within 30 days from the purchase (shipment) date.
  • Please email customercare@lexiandrose.com for return authorization and return shipping label (or click here to start your return process)
  • If there is damage to an item upon delivery, contact us at customercare@lexiandrose.com
  • Jewelry must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition with all original certificates and accessories to be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Refunds are issued to the original purchaser to the account or card on which the item was originally purchased.
  • Returns with a gift receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card.
  • Please note that upgraded shipping will not be refunded, unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • Please note that credits to a return can take up to 14 business days due to credit card processing.
  • Shipping Restrictions: Please note that we are unable to ship packages to PO Boxes, UPS Stores or FedEx Retail Locations.
  • Certificates: When you order a product that includes a certificate, it ships with the accompanying report. These detailed documents are created by diamond grading experts at highly specialized laboratories, making it costly to replace a diamond grading report. Because of this, diamond grading reports must be included with any returned diamond. If the diamond grading report is not included with any return, a replacement fee of $150 will be charged.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A GIFT?

If you receive a Le Rose piece as a gift and would prefer something different, you can of course return it for exchange within the 30 day returns period. Please email customercare@lexiandrose.com with a request for return authorization, ensuring that you have the original packaging and a gift receipt. Please provide the gift receipt number in your email. If you did not receive a gift receipt, please contact the purchaser for a copy of the proof of purchase. We can only process returns with a valid proof of purchase or gift receipt.

For exchanges, if the value of the new piece exceeds the original gift value, you will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new piece be lower than the original gift value, the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase.

For refund requests, please note that we can only issue a refund to the card or account originally used for the purchase.

CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER

If an item is in stock, we begin preparing orders quickly after they are placed and you will only have a limited window to amend or cancel your order.
Sign into your account, proceed to view your orders, and make any changes there. We will confirm if your request has been successful immediately.
