Shipping Times & Rates

LeRose is pleased to offer complimentary standard UPS ground shipping within the US.

• Domestic orders should be received within 3 to 5 business days from date of shipment.
• All orders received Monday through Friday, except holidays, before 12PM Eastern Time (ET) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12PM on those days may ship the following business day. Any orders placed Friday after 12PM (ET) through Sunday, or on holidays, will ship on the next business day.
• Domestic two-day and overnight shipping are also available with additional fees applied at checkout.

HOW CAN I FOLLOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can also check your order status and tracking information by logging into your account and viewing past orders.

MISSING/LOST/STOLEN PACKAGE?

Le Rose is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit or stolen from the point of delivery. We trust that customers will provide us, or our shipping partners, only with secure delivery instructions.
